Where to Measure:

Ladies

1. Bust: Measure around the shoulder blades, under arms to the fullest part of the bust^*.
2. Waist: Stand in a relaxed position and measure around the narrowest part of the natural waistline.
3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips.

Men

1. Chest: Measure around the shoulder blades, under arms to the fullest part of the chest.
2. Waist: Stand in a relaxed position and measure around the narrowest part of the natural waistline.
3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
